W. Art
For wearable art, the idea was to make a Lantern Ring. After losing all the pieces to make brass knuckles, I decided to make a lantern ring instead. After that was lost, I had to just do my blog.
Lidded vessel
For my lidded vessel, I never finished, but the idea was to make a tube like vessel with a lid. I was going to paint it to look like a battery. A challenge was trying to figure out how to paint the tube, and how to make the lid. A challenge was losing my project

Relief
Starting on my relief, i wasn't sure what i wanted to do. after a while, i thought about a slightly 3d idea.
Using cardboard and construction paper, i created elevated buildings to give a 3d look head on.
Despite setbacks of bleach and powder ruining my stuff (thanks a lot table),i was able to make some cool
Kaiju shapes. I eventually decided on using only one, and used a stylistic color pallet to give it a neat effect.
After making this choice, my table helped design buildings to populate my cityscape and to add variety,
Making the intricate shapes were a challenge, especially using blunt crappy scissors. you really really need
PROPER scissors. Anyway, it was another project inspired by Gojira

Unconventional Materials
My unconventional materials project was to use party hats in a creative way. unfortunately they disappeared.
Solving this was a challenge, so I ended up using red paper plates as my unconventional material instead.
Second, i had to connect it to a theme. I decided to use creature, and i started building my severed creature.
Unlike most other creature projects, i created a large, wearable severed head of a fluorescent monster.
Doing this, i had to overcome figuring out blood effects, solved using a hot glue gun. I then painted the glue.
Knowing detail was important, I had Hunter carve out battle damage, his random destruction inspiring me.
After adding all the detail, i then started gluing all the pieces together, revealing a brilliant, yet grisly, helmet.
Macabre as it was, I learned a lot from the project, such as realistic liquid effects and carving shapes.
Posing as a fire hazard, my project was ultimately given away to the victor of a vicious game of Halo.

Vessel
For My vessel project, I created an oxygen deStroyer.the idea came from an old movie called Gojira. The challenge was Skillfully Using preexisting trash and faileD art projects creatively to make my project.Using this destruction, I created something new, Knowing that I wAs pushing Myself to limit my materials and challenge myself. The piece was meant to rePresent the arrogance of man thinking they can control nature, polluting and creating global warming, and just generally screwing up the world. Another challenge was sculpting the spherical core, which I did using a tennis ball and some clay.

Who is Bryant Holsenbeck?
an Enviromental Artist
- What are your expectations?
She will be nice, blab about her career, then make our art
- How do you think the project will go?
I think she will screw up a couple of ours, especially ones with skinny legs (like Giraffes), but most will be fine.
- What animal are you planning to make and why? (NO BIRDS!)
I am plannig to make a Okapi
